Hello Teingo,

This is a vital observation you have raised. Let's hope that they have a Monitoring and Evaluation system to highlight these issues for necessary action to be taken. Thanks for your comment by the way!

I've had a very poor experience trying to place an order for pizza online today 12/11/18. Site is not working. Contacted Domino's on Twitter and they provided phone numbers but the experience was far below expectation. The background was so noisy like it was an open market. Someone was actually shouting at the background. Meanwhile the first time I called, the person sounded so unprepared and confused to provide guidance for me to know what to order. The second time I called it was still very noisy and the person who answered was simply not "phone friendly" at all. Its a shame that a brand like Domino's appears to have made an entrance into PH with plenty of focus on fanfare without paying attention to important issues that will affect sales such as multiple options for oder placement and training of those who handles phone lines. Hope to see some improvement. I have to give kudos to Kilimanjaro for this. They have an efficient online and phone call system for order placements. Domino's needs to live up to it's brand.
