JARACRAYFISH

As Africans, we love our spices and Jaracrayfish is one spice that can turn your dishes into memorable meals. After their first attempt to enter the Port Harcourt market failed, the brand decided to try again, but this time, realizing they needed the help of experts, enlisted us for the job.

Haven done our due diligence on the product and gotten critical information about it from the producers, we worked with the client to develop and execute a strategic market penetration plan.

In order to implement the plan, we deployed our field marketers who combed all the major markets in Port Harcourt from Mile 1, Mile 3, Creek Road market, Rumuomasi market, Rumuokwuta market to Newmarket plus many street stores. We had the dual agenda of re-introducing the spice into the market and gleaning market insights from the sellers. This step gave us rich insights into how the markets perceived the product and the improvements they advised.

Once the feedback from the market was implemented, we deployed field marketers for the second phase, which was the actual product distribution to the market and successfully engaged wholesalers and retailers across the city. Ever since, the product has gained so much momentum in the markets now, and it is readily available in markets and neighbourhood stores all over the city and beyond.

CONNEXXION TELECOMS

In our 11 plus years as professionals in brand development and marketing, we have been opportune to work with amazing brands across different business sectors, one of which is Connexxion Group, an innovative conglomerate leveraging information technology in collaborations and business interactions to enable their clients to do business in a cost-effective manner and places them ahead of the competition.

 

They engaged us to create an effective marketing strategy, brand development, and business support services for a new product of theirs called CNX247, which is a workflow management system that provides a friendly digital work environment.

 

We wrote scripts for their Explainer Video and TV Commercial and played an advisory role for product standardization as well as the entire video and animation creation process.

What we did for them at glance:

– Build brand visibility and awareness.

– Guide the brand on advertising strategy and budget (creation of marketing plan)

– Provide market insights to the in-house product development team

– Advice on product pricing

– Product testing and reviews

– Content creation

It was quite an adventure for us, and quite an interesting one, we set up their social media handles, created social media strategy and managed their accounts for a few months; to set the boat in motion.

THE HAIRCOURT

A CRUISE WITH THE HAIRCOURT

Have you ever had a bone stuck in your throat or maybe a meal went the wrong way while you were enjoying a delicious meal? If you have, you would know how destabilizing it is and it could almost make you give up on the food right there and then.

This is how we would describe the unceremonial interruption of the COVID-19 pandemic right in the heart of carrying out a launch plan for our Client, The Hair Court. Nevertheless, as professional we navigated the hurdles and set the ball rolling for the brand.

In January 2020, the Founder and Creative Director of The Hair Court contacted us to help bring the then idea to life. We quickly stepped in with rolled-up sleeves from the beginning stages of intense brainstorming to give direction to the business, to the successful development of the brand road map, until the development and execution of the marketing strategies.  The salon launched and received over 40 new customers in attendance (excluding friends and relatives of the owner) within the first two weeks, our marketing and sales strategies worked!
