- This client’s vision was simple and sure, however, like many other businesses, Boi Boi Errand Services which is now Clean 360 Consulting needed direction on how to build to last. As experts championing the course #DoBusinessBetter, when we were contacted for the job, we took it on with confidence and a bit of happiness. For us, seeing an SME desiring to take such a significant step so early on in its business journey is always a thing of joy. One of our strong desires as a Nigerian company is to see more Nigerian/African businesses operate with a longevity mindset by putting better systems and processes in place. Due to its effort to do business better, Clean 360 Consulting has continued to grow immensely, and operating with great fluidity, the business has continued to climb remarkable success ladders. We have continued to do business with this brand, providing them with excellent, quality services. This brand is here to stay, period.
BACKGROUND
- Clean 360 Consulting is a cleaning company in Port Harcourt; offering professional cleaning services to homes, events, corporate organizations and more, they also offer home management training and housekeeping services. Sometime in 2021, they reached out to Mapemond Limited to provide our brand structuring, development and advisory services to them. At the time, this brand was called Boi-Boi Errand Services, however, this brand had come to the point where they decided that it was time to rebrand and do things more structured. One of the primary concerns of the CEO was that she didn’t want the entire business process to revolve around her, the business was ripe for growth and desired to service more clients, but couldn’t at the time because the founder was the force of the business. She realized how limiting and ineffective this was for her business, so she decided that it was time to make the bold move of doing business the right way, and she contacted us. To solve the existing problem the business had, we deployed our Brand, structuring and team development services which covered areas like, Logo revamp, website development, recruitment, training etc.
NEED STATEMENT

Boi-Boi Errand Service desired to expand the business by expanding its customer base, it also needed a more fluid and functional operational system.
For this to happen, they needed to create a workable business structure and get competent hands who could represent the brand and drive the vision.
This was a bold move that will force its clients and audience to begin to see the brand as a professional which will directly influence their perception of the brand, giving the brand a higher sense of worth and better bargaining power.
As significant as this move, the upgrades had to reflect in the brand's visual identity as well. This further necessitated the need for the name change to Clean 360 Consulting and its Logo revamp.

- Engage the CEO in providing detailed responses about the brand in a brand audit questionnaire. One essence of this exercise is to enable the client to engage their minds in deep thinking about the business.
- Reviewed the company’s previous efforts to know how best to guide them on their journey.
